On Long Island, a vacation rental lives or dies on its photos. Whether you've got a Hamptons share house, a North Fork getaway near the vineyards, or a South Shore place with a dock on the canal, guests are comparing your listing against dozens of others in the same search. Aerial photography is one of the fastest ways to make yours the one they book.
What aerial shows that a phone photo can't
Guests booking a Long Island summer want to picture the whole experience, not just a bedroom. A drone frame answers the questions they actually have: How close is the water? Is there a real backyard? Can I walk to the beach or the village? Those are the things that turn a maybe into a booking.
- Water access: the dock, the bay frontage, the path to the Sound or the ocean, shown in one clear shot.
- Outdoor living: pool, deck, fire pit, and yard from above, where they read as a real hangout space.
- Setting and privacy: tree cover, lot size, and how secluded (or central) the property feels.
- Proximity: the village, the vineyard, the marina, or the dunes just past the property line.
Built for the platforms guests actually use
We deliver images sized and formatted for Airbnb, Vrbo, and your own direct-booking site, plus a short vertical clip for Instagram and Reels. A quick aerial flyover is the kind of content that gets shared and saved, which keeps your rental in front of repeat guests between seasons.
Timing matters out here too. Shooting in late spring before the season, with the pool open and the landscaping in, gives you a library you'll use all summer long.
Flown legally, near tricky airspace
Parts of the East End and South Shore sit near Gabreski and other controlled airspace. Every Up Top Visuals flight is operated by an FAA Part 107 certified, fully insured pilot, with any required LAANC authorizations handled before we ever launch. You get great content without the legal guesswork.
